Responsibilities: Partner with Health Equity analytics leader and
other team members to execute on prioritized health equity analytic
roadmap Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning,
programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to
integrated datasets of socio-demographic, consumer, geographic,
operational, and clinical pharmacy care data features to recognize
patterns of health inequity and identify opportunities to impact
Design, build, scale and automate analytic processes and machine
learning models to monitor for health inequities across pharmacy
care services and evaluate the effectiveness of changes to
operational and pharmacy care delivery on reducing inequity Assist
in the evaluation of machine learning models to ensure no
unintended bias in their predictions Work with Optum Rx product
teams to design and evaluate new health equity solutions in the
market Produce, interpret, and visualize data analysis results
Influence strategy to collect and analyze data related to health
equity across Optum Consult with internal and external clients to
communicate and present analytic insights and opportunitiesYou'll

other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of
experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL,
SAS, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data
sets, work experience outside of graduate coursework 3+ years of
experience using a variety of data analysis methods/data mining,
using a variety of data tools, building and implementing predictive
models, using / creating algorithms and creating / running
simulations 3+ years of knowledge of advanced statistical
techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions,
statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with
applications 3+ years of experience with a variety of machine
learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial
neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages / drawbacks
3+ years extensive understanding of data science and ability to
deliver models, communicate results and juggle multiple priorities
3+ years of experience working independently and creatively solving
problems where statistical modeling techniques can be applied 3+
years of experience with proven ability to drive business results
with their data-based insight Advanced proficiency with data
visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBIPreferred
Qualifications: Master's degree in Math, Statistics, or Data

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or
Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
