At Rocketship Public Schools, we are unleashing potential.Position Description The HCM Project Associate is a temporary, 12 month full-time exempt role. Our success as an organization is dependent on having excellent teachers in every classroom who are responsible for ensuring that all students achieve at or beyond grade level. The HCM Project Associate will support the HCM Project Team during the implementation of our new Human Capital Management System. This position is temporary. Essential Functions:

    • Support and reports to the Project Management Organization (PMO) team on project support (agenda creation, slide deck, calendar invites, note taking, action items, follow thru, all project team meetings)
    • Sends / create and or support documenting process for the other nine workstreams
    • Support on testing the system and final project rollout
    • Create and or support on project tracking for both team and executive summary also in collaboration with the project consulting firm
    • Create and or support drafting project email communications in partnership with Comms Team
    • Support on gathering project work products (in-progress and completion) also in collaboration with the project consulting firm
    • Escalate as needed when Project Team members are not meeting their deliverablesRequired Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
        • Project Management experience and/or Education experience a plus

        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails

        • Proficient in the use of business software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and HRIS reporting tools
