• Working with the team to carry out the standard store operations
• Motivating and coaching the team to provide an outstanding shopping experience as well as a positive working environment
• Managing the selling floor and processing payments
• Assisting Stylists in resolving customer service issues
• Working with your team to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities
