working within our home office providing support!GENERAL PURPOSE OF
JOB:Under supervision of the Senior Learning Facilitator the
Learning Facilitator will use their skills to develop, facilitate
and deploy both online and in-person staff training content
specific to program design and operations to ensure high quality
direct service to youth. This is a highly detailed and hands-on
position that requires a positive team player. The person in this
role will work closely with staff and managers providing support to
the P&O department.Commits to putting Think Together values
first, cultivating leadership development. Fosters a collaborative
learning culture. Identifies change as an opportunity for growth
and improvement, creating space to find good ideas from all leaders
across the organization, while following up on action items to
complete development projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate and deliver key Think Together staff
development systems including Induction andcoordination of field
level training in collaboration with Sr. Learning Facilitators and
QAC's.Manage & support the comprehensive process of creating
professional development tools & resources; included but not
limited to researching, designing, proofreading, editing, and
formatting training content and support materials.Collaborate
effectively to ensure that all training and staff development is
aligned to Think Together goals and objectives.Collaborate with
Learning & Development manager and other departments to deliver and
coordinate organizational training needs and schedules.Collaborate
with Sr. Learning Facilitators and QAC's to manage LMS events,
registration,assessments, and reporting.Collaborate across
organizational departments/regions to identify training and
professional development support needs.Facilitate Think Together
professional development days as requested, including delivering
materials, coordinating event logistics, supporting presenters,
managing attendance, and ensuring the utilization of promising
practices in adult learning & professional development.Provide
responsible leadership to implement learning modules with fidelity
across the organization including but not limited to: Think
Together workflows and operations and content to support managers
with employee performance and development.Collaborate with others
to ensure that training and staff development is aligned to Think
Together goals and objectivesSupport with Ad Hoc projects such as
supporting operations, creating tools, and training.Other duties as
assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required.Prior
field experience working in an expanded learning program
desired.Minimum of 3 years of related experienceSKILLS KNOWLEDGE
AND ABILITIES:Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe.Excellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skillsPublic speaking and
facilitation of adult learningAbility to adapt and learn new
content and technology (webinars, software).Detail oriented,
problem solver, organized, and thorough before making final
decisions.Comfortable in an online environment.Oral and written
communication with students and staffIntermediate LMS or
CollaborNation experienceIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft
365COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)Email, internet, website and social media
platformsUse of typical office equipmentAdobe AcrobatBACKGROUND
