Residency and Intern Programs CoordinatorResidency programs provide
teacher candidates with the most robust training for success as
culturally sustaining educators and meet district hiring needs for
our local communities. Over the last few years, the Lurie College
of Education developed and implemented teaching residency programs
with several local school districts and recently established
consortia across multiple districts to establish residency programs
in specific areas: Special Education, STEM, Bilingual Education,
and Ethnic Studies. We are now looking for a Residency and Intern
Coordinator who will oversee and support all aspects of the
residency programs in the College. This position includes program
management, fieldwork support, and building and sustaining
collaborative relationships with each partner organization. The

the departments of Special Education and Teacher Education and
informs the teaching and curriculum development of these

Conditional OfferThe work for this faculty position is located in
the State of California. Employment is contingent upon proof of
eligibility to work in the United States. Proof of immunization
