the Managing Director of the Jack Holland Student Success Center
(JHSSC), the Academic Advisor will provide moderately complex,
consistent and accurate student services support for the JHSSC with
limited supervision in a high-volume and fast-paced work
environment. Such services include: providing information and
advising to current and prospective students through academic
planning and successful paths to graduation, helping students find
solutions for issues they may face, collaborating with relevant
constituents to advocate for student needs, informing and referring
students to relevant university services and resources,
coordinating student success programs, events and projects of the

Anticipated Hiring Range: $4,691/month - $4,759/month
