As a member of the Platform SQA team, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing software test plan and test cases in functional, performance, reliability, linearity and system integrations testing across a variety of software platforms in assuring high quality of ASML's world-class product. You are passionate about releasing quality products and ensuring defect free deliveries. You run functional and regression tests to ensure new features meet requirements. You will be challenged with high skill quality testing methodologies in concurrent computing software architecture environment. You will have the opportunity to work with software developers, hardware engineers and the application engineering organization on a regular basis.Very strong understanding of software lifecycle and quality engineering methodologyDetail-oriented, process-driven, demonstrate good capability to create test plan and test cases with high functionality requirement coverageExcellent hands-on experience to work in Unix/LinuxProficient programming skills in Python, Perl or shell scripting language(s) to perform test automationContribute as individual contributor in a strong team both on shore and offshoreEducation and experienceMaster's (MS) degree in Computer Science, Electronical Engineering, Mathematics, etc3-5 years ofexperience in commercial software product development and/or testingVery goodunderstanding of operating system, relational database, concurrentcomputing, client/server architecture, network protocols, and file systemmanagement.Experience withhigh performance computing architecture and compute resource managementKnowledge of oneor more of the following programming languages: Python, Perl, Shell, etcSkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you'll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
