Job Description:
Salary: $22 - $25 / per hourBehavioral Caregivers provide
support to children and adults with developmental delays and/or
challenging behaviors. They work with our Board Certified
Behavioral Analysts to implement the behavioral support care plan

Holidays. Responsibilities: Behavioral Caregivers implement the
intensive behavioral support care plan designed and maintained by a
Clinical Supervisor and gather quantifiable behavioral data
necessary for the Clinical Supervisor to elevate the effectiveness
of the care plan. The Behavioral Caregivers assists family members
in maintaining the client at home or identified community setting.
This includes relieving the family members from basic self-help
needs and other activities of daily living, including interaction,
socialization, and continuation of daily routines which family
members would ordinarily perform. Some additional activities of
daily living may include; safety supervision, ambulation
assistance, meal prep, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, and
medication reminders. + Provides personal care and behavioral
assistance/interventions to assigned clients + Assists clients with
grooming, toileting, eating/meal preparation when necessary +
Provides behavioral support services + Provides crisis intervention
+ Encourages independence + Maintains patient safety + Implements
behavioral plans + Documents care per policies and procedures +
Participate in rehabilitation and treatment programs, help with
personal hygiene + Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:+ High School diploma or equivalent required+
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with
disabilities, including individuals with severe or challenging
behaviors (preferred)+ Must be at least 18 years of ageApply now by
