our customers. BHC3 technology and services team consists of domain
experts, data scientists, machine learning engineers, software
engineers and architects who collaborate to solve the most critical
problems in oil & gas industry.Globally, the oil and gas industry
is going through rapid changes and transitioning to more efficient
systems and lower carbon goals from exploration to production to
refining. Digital technologies and products leveraging large scale
data, domain knowledge and advancements in AI/ML technologies are
key to enabling our customers to achieve their goals and operate in
a more demanding and uncertain global supply of energy.SummaryWe
are looking for an experienced GTM Product leader who will be
responsible for defining products and the corresponding roadmaps
that provide value to Baker Hughes customers and the end-users. The
product leader will use innovative agile techniques, such as design
thinking and crowdsourcing and data-driven signals, to build and
review a comprehensive "portfolio backlog" of features, which are
rank ordered based on value estimation and importance. Product
leader will work closely with product managers, data scientists,
sales, customer success and marketing team to clearly articulate
value of a product feature and impact on the customer. The
candidate will be responsible for bridging the "voice of the
customer" into the vision and roadmap(s) for the product line.As a
product lead, you will be responsible for:
- Working with sales, product managers, and customers to capture
requirements for energy specific use cases such as asset
reliability, predictive maintenance, lng optimization, emissions
management etc.
- Interacting with key internal and external business and
technical stakeholders to evangelize existing products and
solutions at scale
- Interfacing with data scientist, engineers, and subject matter
experts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve product
capabilities
- Working with early-adopters and visionary customers to invent
the next set of repeatable customer-centric solutions
- Developing a framework to provide feedback to the product team
on updates and changes needed to the products based on customer
feedback.
- Developing a framework to quantify business value to customer
by adopting new products using ML/AI. The annual *pay scale for
this position is $153,200.00 - $271,500.00 USD if employed in
California. *Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023.Fuel
your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology Or related
discipline. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product ownership, business analysis, GTM
Strategy, or Sales Enablement experience.
- 7+ years of Domain or Technical experience in Oil & Gas, LNG,
Energy. Knowledge of critical equipment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and
constraints simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Excellent analytical abilities and oral/written communication
skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers,
engineers, technology architects and business leaders to generate
buy in for the product direction you are setting.
- Experience in developing, delivering, and executing on a
compelling product vision and roadmap.
- Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive, and proven
ability to influence others.
- Working knowledge of software development practices & cloud
