Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Project coordination from start to finish between office, customers, and vendors Scheduling and tracking job walks for PM Preparation, emailing, and follow through of project proposals to clients Ensure all emails and calls are handled efficiently & professionally Scheduling jobs and ensuring project location access for our teams Order materials & follow-up with delivery to the shop and/or pick-up by foreman Mange team project hours and collect all receipts from vendors and foreman Troubleshooting and overcoming roadblocks General office management and other duties/special projects as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (Spanish) required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role Construction Industry and career experience with a team Proficient QuickBooks, Outlook, Google Docs, MS Word and MS Excel Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Can work alone and can figure out action to take when faced with a situation Ability to problem solve and offer solutions when confronted with an issue Ability to interact and maintain client and co-worker relationships in a professional and friendly manner at all times Good work ethics and flexibilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
