As a member of the Consumer Credit User Experience Design team, -
-you will create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end experiences for
customers applying for Credit or servicing their credit accounts.
You will bring a deep understanding of customer-centric design and
execution. You will collaborate with product and technology teams
to build the next generation of financial service products by
bringing the customer to the forefront in everything we do.
The ideal candidate is an expert at design tools like Figma, with
both interaction and visual design skills. This individual should
have a passion for empathizing with the needs and behaviors of our
customers and our business and how to solve for them through
--- Partners with design, engineering, design systems and product
management team members in the execution and delivery of Client's
-products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design
--- Leverages and extends the use of established UX techniques,
templates, presentations and assets in the creation of UX analysis,
solutions and materials.
--- Contributes to the adaptation of Client -UX tools, methodology
and software and proposes new solutions or optimizes existing
--- 2+ years' experience.
--- Bachelors in the study of design including one of the
following: Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors or
equivalent project/portfolio experience.
--- Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods
to uncover customer insights.
--- Effectively operates within an iterative design team, managing
UX responsibilities against defined milestones and plan with little
--- Experience with resources such as: pattern library,
repositories, and internal communication tools.

The team is in the process of sunsetting a product and needs
assistance with transferring/recreating experience within new

Years of Experience: 2 years of experience
Degrees or Certifications: Bachelors in the study of design
including one of the following: Design, Information Architecture,
Human Factors or equivalent project/portfolio experience.
Top 3 things needed
1 Strong understanding of implementation within Figma, (no specific
number of required years of experience but must have strong
2 Interaction design experience skills within Figma (would also
like visual design skills)
3 Understanding of Consumer research and strong Collaboration
Consumer facing experience such as how to read consumer needs and
knowledge on how to understand user behaviors
Nice to Haves:
Experience or knowledge of Miror - the collaboration tool used by
