Act as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition; guiding hiring managers to find the most qualified candidates while adhering to best practices in recruitment, continually seek out new resources to build talent pipelines while maintaining a high level of customer service focused on the needs of both the hiring managers and candidates.**Job Duties*** Conduct Recruitment Strategy meetings with hiring managers to develop the hiring strategy for assigned openings with a focus on senior level hiring. In conjunction with Hiring Managers complete the Successful Hiring Profile.* Train hiring managers on hiring processes and applicant tracking system, conducting web ex sessions and in person training as needed.* Review and submit resumes to hiring manager's based on both minimum qualifications and Successful Hiring Profile.* Utilize the Internet as a primary vehicle for sourcing applicants, seeking out alternative resources for finding qualified applicants.* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess job qualifications and overall fit of candidates; submit pre-qualified candidates to hiring managers.* Participate in local networking events, career fairs, college recruiting, and company sponsored hiring events.* Partner with the HRBP and business leaders of assigned hiring functions to understand overall business objectives and hiring needs.* Lead various Talent Acquisition related projects as assigned.* Council hiring managers on candidate pool, selection of candidates and assist in final hiring decision.* Prepare and extend offers of employment.* Comply with diversity recruitment practices, labor law requirements, and Affirmative Action guidelines.* Perform other related duties as assigned.**Job Requirements****REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent knowledge.* Minimum of 5-7 years recruitment experience required; minimum 3 years of manufacturing/operations experience preferred.* Experience working in a high volume recruitment environment required.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** Proven record of strong customer focus necessary.* Ability to create relationships within the community in order to reach talent.* Utilization of web-based recruiting systems; such as Indeed and LinkedIn* Data analysis and report building experience preferred.* Excellent oral, written, presentation and organizational skills.* PC proficiency in email systems (Lotus Notes or MS Outlook) and applicant tracking system.\#LI-TB2**_We realize work isn't just a job to you._**It's a big part of your life, but not the only part.
