• Develop innovative tactical recommendations that latter up to client's strategic approach
• Oversee the set-up and management for programmatic campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms
• Mentor and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members
• Analyze and capture insights from performance metrics to help inform optimization strategy and tactical plans
• Develop great working relationships with sales reps, internal teams, and clients through strong communication skills
• Evaluate DSPs to ensure utilization of best tech
• Proactively learn and train agency on new processes, industry updates, and best practices
• Provide competitive, marketplace analysis, and agency POVsRequired competences:
  • 4+ years in the media industry; 3+ years of self-serve experience in programmatic buying
  • Experience in The Trade Desk is a plus
  • 2+ years leading and developing others
  • Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelWho you are?
