• Executing and tracking outbound communications, utilizing the Unica marketing technology platform
• Follow best practices for outbound communications
• Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change
• Develop understanding of how relevant databases are structured, and the interrelationships among their data elements/structures
• Develop and demonstrate understanding of business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application
• Maintain business process documentation for use within the team, and identify/recommend opportunities for improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of familiarity with Databases and/or SQL Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) - -
    • 1+ years of experience with outbound communication campaigns
    • Experience with Unica Affinium Campaign Software - -
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Possess a balance of analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality outbound communications

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
