never-before-seen!Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Clinic RN is
responsible for coordinating and providing direct and indirect
nursing care to participants, working in close coordination with
the WelbeHealth PACE Physician, clinic staff and other
interdisciplinary team (IDT). What you ll do:
- Conduct ongoing organization-wide training needs assessment for
clinical and/or non-clinical staff identifying skills or knowledge
gaps that need to be addressed
- Collaborate with WelbeHealth managers to identify growth
opportunities and educational needs for staff
- Identify and respond to the learning needs of individuals
- Design curriculum to effectively meet needs of WelbeHealth
staff and WelbeHealth PACE programs incorporating evidence-based
research into educational plans
- Select known, appropriate and current principles and training
methods (e.g. role play, mentoring, on-the-job training,
professional development classes)
- Deliver engaging and inspiring training to licensed and
unlicensed WelbeHealth staff
- Provide onboarding training for newly hired clinical staff as
required, including PCA s
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training program adapting to
continuously improve
- Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter
experts
- Provide support to supervisors with competency testing as
needed
- Ensure annual compliance for education modules assigned to
clinical staff are completed on time
- Collaborate closely with the T&D team and clinical
supervisors across the organization including researching and
recommending new training methods Complete all required
documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company
procedures and information about employees, participants and
families
- Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in
any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and
meetings

qualifications:
- Strong preference for those who have completed 2-step COVID-19
vaccination series or are willing to do so in first 30 days after
hire as condition of continued employment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Nurse educator certification preferred
- Current valid license as a registered nurse in California
- Must possess valid basic life support (BLS) certification
- At least 5 years' experience working as a registered nurse in a
clinical setting
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring nursing staff
(e.g. RN, LVN, HHA, PCA s) required
- Previous experience developing and delivering training to
clinical staff
- Ability to train clinic RNs, LVNs, and MAs clinical skills
(e.g. IV, blood draw, EKG)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work
collaboratively
- Experience with PACE model of care preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to
detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience and competency working with people from diverse
backgrounds
- Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel within California to other WelbeHealth PACE
locations
