Apply today!About the Associate Program Supervisor PositionThe Associate Program Supervisor position is our highest level position before becoming a Program Supervisor. In addition to running your own direct sessions, you will be supporting, training and overlapping new technicians, supporting Program Supervisors. This position is eligible to receive supervision hours.
  • You'll use research-based, proven principles of ABA to promote:

    • Behaviors that will empower a child's ability to live a happy, successful, and independent life
    • Competitive compensation, depending on education and ABA experience: $23 - $26 / hour
    • Paid training and drive time
    • Paid vacation, sick and holidays for part time and full time staff (over 21 hours)
    • Health benefits for full time staff (over 30 hours)
    • Hours:
      • 9am-12pm
      • 4-8:00pm Monday - Friday
      • 9am-3pm Saturday

        • At least two years of experience providing direct ABA as a Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician or Senior Therapist
          • RBT/BCAT certification
          • Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/ GED
            • Interest in pursuing Psychology, Education, Health, or a related field is preferred
            • Passionate about about helping others and making the world a better place
            • You must love working with children, be able to take initiative, and work independently
            • You must be able to sit on the floor, squat, kneel, run around, and lift materials
            • Possess a driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance for driving to clients' homes
            • Be CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)
