Native looking for? Reporting to the Sales Director, the USA Senior
Key Accounts Representative is a key member of the Wholesale Sales
team at Native Shoes and is responsible for creating a playbook for
success for our major accounts in the region. You'll collaborate
with some well-known partners such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and
Kid's Foot Locker to outfit Native Shoes on happy customers around
the US. Experienced with operating in a high growth business, you
are excited at the idea of defining sales strategy and guiding
yourself and your partners towards sales target achievement. Driven
by collaboration and building positive relationships, you do all
this with a values-first and brand-driven approach.What would I be
responsible for?
- Formulate and implement both in-season and 12 month strategic
business plans in conjunction with senior leadership that will
execute against sales and profit goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally on global multi-channel sales
strategy, annual and seasonal strategies, sales forecasting,
planning, and budgeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service levels and
customer expectations are met to the best of our abilities
- Balance the needs of the brand and company ahead of short-term
sales goals and see the broader picture of success in the
long-term
- Carry out sales activities on major and mid-major accounts
through personal contact, including negotiating price and other
conditions of sale to enhance retention and maximization of major
account revenue potential
- Develop market and account segmentation strategy along with
merchandising and peer channel managers
- Collaborate with brand and marketing to support activities
including: market research, product planning, and sales
forecasting
- Contribute to direction based on consumer needs for the
wholesale business through the product creation and development
process
- Forecast revenue streams and other data on a quarterly basis to
enable the executive team to make informed decisions on financial
planning
- Review sales results to ensure established targets are being
achieved and take corrective action where required, including
revising strategies, expanding territorial coverage, dealing with
specific performance problems, and other actions required in order
to achieve projected targets
- Represent the organization in important external business
relationships with major clients, partners, and the public so that
the organization's image is reflected in the most positive manner
and where such contacts are critical to the achievement of sales
objectives

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of B2B experience marketing and selling apparel and/or
footwear products
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business
Management, Commerce or MBA
- Experience in a high growth business with proven results in
developing, implementing and managing the operations of a wholesale
and/or multi-unit specialty-retail company
- Willingness to travel 30% time on average, within North
America
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer relation and networking
skills
- Commitment to developing him/herself as well as those around
them
- Goal-driven, able to develop and manage a strategic growth
initiatives
- Entrepreneurial in spirit and a proven builder of brand
- Experience managing Amazon on a global basis
- Exposure to omni-channel retail and egoless in channel
strategies from a brand perspective
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing
skills
- Proven presentation skills and experience speaking in
public
- Must be self-motivated and energetic with a high level of
commitment
- Ability to identify appropriate business targets, secure
high-level appointments, and manage prospects to close
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient computer skills and ability to manipulate data for
analysis and reporting
