We are seeking a senior leader to define the strategy for our global service provider business. This person will lead a large global team of sales, alliance and BD professionals to manage our large ecosystem of global service providers, as well as, proactively work with cross functional leaders to define our go to market business plans and cross functional interdependencies. This person will carry a sales target globally for the business and be tasked with defining the immediate and long term goals for the business.
This role is intended to be very strategic and it will be critical that this leader partners with direct sales management, partners sales management and executive leadership to drive growth with our service providers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shape and execute the growth strategy to accelerate Zoom's business with global service providers

Build and manage a team of Service Provider professionals

Build the plan that includes current and target partners as well as the resources required to execute the plan

Build the right organization structure and internal alignment for execution excellence

Establish executive cadence with our global service providers to drive the strategy

Work closely with direct sales, product, legal, marketing, SE's and other teams to build the right internal alignment to ensure success

Build scalable Sales/ GTM motions and programs

Guide sales teams on best practices for working with service providers

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
10+ years working with partners and specifically service providers

UCaaS industry product knowledge

Experience managing a large, distributed global partner team

Sales driven and track record of success in hitting sales targets

Successful track record as a sales leader building high performance teams

SaaS experience and strong technical aptitude a plus

Demonstrated experience in executive selling at the CXO level

Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment

High performing organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business demands and prioritize

Out of the box thinker with the ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired company results

Strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material and supporting resources.

Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment

Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
