We are looking for an accountable project leader to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific functions of the tool development.You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. -- - 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projectsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project statusCooperate and communicate effectively with program management and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supportReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actionsManage risks and (internal) customer requirementsDefine deliverables for engineersAlign with cross-projects on regular basis to ensure on time delivery of moduleCommunicate upward and downward on regular basisHold regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, secure cross-sector alignment and agreementsManage project structureSet up a team structure that reflects the work contentWork with architects to define the project scope and required budgetUnderstand proper escalation paths and act accordinglyDelegate tasks and follow upKeep daily controlUnderstand how own module links to the total machineIs able to assess and address technical risk based on team input from architects and design engineersRespond to requests for changes with impact assessment and secure program agreements before accepting changesEducation and experienceM.S. and above in engineering or related fields with 3 years of relevant work experience.MS degree in Engineering or relevant fieldDemonstrate knowledge and experience of hardware/software development, eBeam Defect Inspection, release test lifecycle/process and customer interactionExperience in developing, managing, or defining requirements for complex equipment hardwareAbility to work with multiple discipline projectsMust have excellent commitment and multi-tasking skillsStrong interpersonal skillsIs able to lead collaborative problem solving session with development engineersAble to lead a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, requiredSkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you'll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - and working together is the only way to do that.
