Job Description:


--- Act as first contact person for line managers and employees in US;
--- Take charge of HR daily operation including onboarding process, payroll & benefit, communication with related government departments,
--- Facilitate line managers with performance management including target setting, performance review & evaluation, result communication etc. HR related expense reporting etc;
--- Bridge business and HR corporate function so that corporate function can develop proper management tools and make sure HR policy is successfully implemented;
--- Deal with employee relationship supported by corporate HR function;
--- Acting as culture promotion ambassador from HR, ensure right understanding of company culture by training or organizing culture activities etc.
--- Take charge of office Admin for locations in US;

--- Bachelor or above degree;
--- At least eight-year experience in HR area;
--- Experience in US middle size local companies.
--- English and mandarin bilingual.
