country. We are seeking an Executive Chef
2 in San Jose, CA. The
selected candidate will be responsible for culinary training and
food quality within our K-12 accounts that are located in the Bay
Area. This is a key leadership role in maintaining an exceptionally
high level of culinary standards. He or she will also support
retail and catering functions. Our ideal candidate will be a
self-motivated and innovative individual, that is able to create
culinary promotions to further increase student meal
successful candidate will:
- develop and
cost out menus;
- ensure Sodexo
and USDA Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food
quality are implemented and met;
- have the
ability and willingness to motivate, coach, mentor and develop
frontline (hourly-paid staff);
stellar customer/client service;
- ensure food
safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance;
- have working
knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent
Management Experience - 2 years
Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary
services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering
services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
