What You'll Do

You will be responsible for driving an architectural and solution-driven product marketing practice. The Access solutions are software solutions for automation, AI analytics, zero-trust, and security like Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco DNA Spaces along with all the key product families around access and campus switching, wireless, product lines - a $14B+ portfolio for Cisco. You will focus on developing Cisco's Access story, the Go to Market (GTM) strategy, and crafting the marketing plan to drive global awareness and demand driving high growth in our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Access Networking solutions marketing team. Develop team members to drive a world-class marketing program with compelling messaging that shapes the market and positions Cisco's leadership. Develop strategic marketing plans, product and solution messaging, and positioning, leveraging a deep understanding of customers, decision-makers, and buying center dynamics.Define and develop compelling messaging, effective value propositions, use cases, and overall content targeting customers, decision-makers, and other audiences such as analysts, press, sellers, and partners. Be the master storyteller that catapults Cisco above the competition and firmly establishes Cisco as the obvious leader in the industry.Partner and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales leadership teams on high-level enterprise and company messages.Participate in and drive global launches with the extended GTM ecosystem.Drive the demand generation and GTM strategy for Cisco Access Networking products.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategies in target markets and target audiences.Drive seller enablement and marketing programs content related to new solutions in partnership with sales enablement teams.Coordinate with the integrated marketing Campaign team efforts and jointly across the marketing teams in corporate and in the regions. Campaign responsibilities include but are not limited to the identification of solution(s) to be promoted, market segmentation, and messaging for differentiation.

Complexity & Impact

Drive the product marketing strategy and GTM for Cisco's product and services portfolio in the Cisco Access Networking business. In addition, the role will deliver the GTM messaging through direct and extended teams in the regions/geographies. The global delivery will need close collaboration with the regional / geographies leadership teams. This is a fast-paced environment supporting a networking org that ranks one of the top in the world.

You will have the opportunity to market the most holistic and effective networking product portfolio in the world and work with some of the industry's best engineers, threat researchers, product management teams, marketers and sellers.

Who You Are

You have a strong passion for leadership, marketing impact, and motivating change. You will work across marketing, engineering, and sales to excite and attract new and existing customers to prefer and purchase Cisco Access Networking products and services.You are a highly-skilled professional with a technical background (preferred), and an MBA (also preferred). You have led the charge in crafting a compelling story around your product that is exciting and enticing to your customers. Aside from being a master storyteller, you are passionate about marketing, and developing your team to achieve business results. You interact with all levels of the business easily and can influence across the board.You have a solid understanding of and experience in leading product marketing in the Networking and Security industry. Your prior roles were in a fast-paced environment leading product marketing teams.
