Our opportunity:

The customer experience is taking over price and product as a key brand differentiator, and Automaton Anywhere is investing in ensuring that our customers are happy and loyal advocates of our platform. We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded, hands-on Customer Marketer with a strong passion for understanding and serving our customers to usher organizations along their RPA journey and optimize their automation investment.

The ideal candidate has experience in increasing customer loyalty for enterprise products, driving up sell, and tapping into new ways to delight customers. The ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced work environment, operate strategically as well as tactically as the situation demands, develop compelling messaging, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision are essential requirements for this role.

If you are a creative pioneer who engages customers, bridges cross-functional departments, and creates value for internal and external stakeholders, then this role is for you.

  • Identifying, developing, and executing customer engagement strategies
  • Driving customer lifetime value through compelling programs and content
  • Creating and delivering engaging content for both technical and business customer personas
  • Collaborating and supporting customer success teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Launching new tools to usher customers through higher levels of RPA program maturity
  • Wholly owning projects from concept through analysis while driving ways to scale efforts

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or applicable field
  • 10+ years proven expertise at driving customer satisfaction and up-sell for B2B products through effective customer marketing
  • Enterprise Customer Marketing experience in a SaaS or Computer Software industry a plus
  • A track record in increasing customer lifetime value through compelling marketing programs and messaging
  • Experience marketing to highly technical audiences
