Built on more than 60 years of combined experience and expertise, the company has approximately 29,000 employees in more than 30 countries and posted revenue of$8.61 billionin 2020.The Advanced Analog business line (BL AA) is looking for an experienced marketing communications specialist to join the global marketing team in San Jose, CA.As part of the marketing team, the Marcom specialist will be responsible for working on various key messaging, thought leadership initiatives, and Marcom activities to drive awareness and brand to both external and internal audiences. This role will work directly with the international product marketing, technical marketing, regional marketing, and Marcom managers across other business lines to effectively plan new Marcom strategies, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement activities.Responsibilities:Manage/support thought leaderships initiatives, customer-focused activities, integrated marketing campaigns, events, and PR supporting business line leadership solutions and verticalsExecute global products/solutions launch communications plans with asset creationsPartner with subject matter experts to generate content and messaging, web strategy, and marketing collateralCollaborate closely with an internal creative team to develop key marketing collateral, presentation materials, and other marketing assetsOrchestrate and optimizethe business lines' activities on promotional materials, such as web, digital marketing, social media, events, direct marketing, and video creationOrganize opportunities to bolster executive visibility with external stakeholders and audiences (speaking opportunities, media activities, etcQualifications:Exceptional verbal, written communications, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and provide intelligent conclusions/recommendationsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving and analysisKnowledge of social and digital mediasSuperior organizational and time management skills (must be an early riser as many meetings start at 7 am PST)A proactive and forward thinkerStorytellingGood technical knowledge and aptitudeUltimate team-player with a sense of humorMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or related fieldExpertise across online marketing disciplines including performance marketing, social media and content marketing, and email marketingStrong project management skills: ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forwardExperience and ability to produce relevant, accurate, and creative content for various channels on timeThrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias to actionEnthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to see the big pictureNXP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer regardless of age, color, national origin, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, status as a disabled veteran and/or veteran of the Vietnam Era or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
