What You'll Do

  • Lead change management activities of Change the Business (CTB) initiatives within the Capability Transformation Execution portfolio
  • Accountable for designing and implementing dynamic change and enablement programs, acting as a trusted advisor to business partners, and working to ensure program adoption goals are met
  • Aggregate, organize, and communicate change impacts with internal customers and extended teams.
  • Convert technical team documentation into cohesive process driven user documentation and enablement materials.
  • Define and implement communication, sponsorship, coaching, and training plans while leading the enablement plan and delivery
  • Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating with all stakeholders including, but not limited to, executive staff, senior management, project teams, business entities, partners, and employees.
  • Identify and evaluate potential change resistance and develop/execute mitigation tactics
  • Define adoption success metrics for the change
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and readiness plans, including handling a feedback loop to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues
  • Establish relationships and deliver results for diverse audiences including Sales, Global Partner Org, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Product Management, etc.
  • Drive the transformation of CTB initiatives within an organization that delivers in a fast-changing environment (Agile Transformation)
  • Develop a plan that integrates with an Agile delivery approach
  • Partnering closely with development teams to ensure tight interlock to their deliverables and the change plan
  • Ability to strategically plan for overall direction, while also rolling up sleeves to deliver tactically to ensure success
  • Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
  • 10+ years of experience in using global standard change management processes and tools to create holistic change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and organizational objectives
  • Background in communications strategy, planning, and execution to support change strategies
  • Background in measuring engagement and adoption to define change management progress, future planning, and success
  • Ability to work closely with external partners and guide them through the importance of change management
  • Ability to help drive program change management success by defining strategic roadmap and tactical plan
  • Experience working in a global and matrixed organization in the technology industry, with insight and sensitivity to cultural influences
  • Hands-on project experience in the areas of IT, communications, and training
  • Experience driving agile transformations and Go to Market strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or beating assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Commerce, Distribution, and/or Partner lifecycle understanding is a plus; previous Cisco experience preferred
  • Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
  • A critical problem solver who can be a teammate and collaborative
  • Bachelor's Degree - in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Leadership, Organizational Behavior or related subject area or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • CM certification required (PROSCI preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint is required
  • SharePoint administration required
  • RALLY experience preferred
  • Experience with Captivate or other training applications is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Aha! or other similar applications is a plus
  • Project and Program management and planning experience
  • Experience/knowledge in Agile and SAFe project methodology
