Our opportunity:

The Training Business Development Associate in Automation Anywhere University (AAU) is a specialized role designed to accelerate revenue generation for training services through expansion of training in Automation Anywhere customer accounts across all market segments. The customer base includes net new as well as existing customers. This role requires the associate to collaborate with AAI's sales & customer success team and handle all aspects of the sales cycle from initial introductions and follow-up to closure. The associate will also need to work and develop business through Authorized training partners and AAI's channel partners (Distributors, resellers) with training businesses.

This is a remote role with the ability to work in any location within the U.S

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing training services revenue to meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Developing relationship with sales and customer success manager teams and partner with them to engage customers. Acts as single point of contact for training services sales for AMERICAS
  • Building relationship and develop market with large channel partners and authorized training partners
  • Verifying and validating customer needs and deliver effective presentations including company and training products briefings
  • Meeting or exceeding all training services bookings, revenue goals and activity metrics assigned
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the training, training products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely forecasts
  • Collaborating with global training organization to drive critical projects
  • Contributing to the development of strategic goals and planning of the Automation Anywhere University organization
  • Working with other training managers, operations managers and Automation Anywhere leadership on assigned projects

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college. Business degrees preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience in sales or business development. Experience in technical training organizations is greatly valued

  • Skilled in commonly used office applications and tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel etc
  • Excellent "remote" presence meaning excellent at communicating via phone and by remote demonstration methods such as Skype for Business, Webex, Zoom, etc
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple engagement with verity of internal and external stakeholders
  • Committed, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast pace and, at times, demanding environment
  • Able to operate effectively in a team environment
