About the Role
Any company growing at scale thrives on its ability to
continuously innovate on new products and features. As a Sr.
Product Manager, you will be hands-on and responsible for the
client product definition and launch. In this role, you will
leverage your streaming video programming, social media marketing,
and consumer electronics experience to create new innovative
experiences. You will showcase your incredible ability to
execute and your obsessive focus on the quality of your product.
You will also be work with various client-facing teams (marketing,
advertising, business development, etc) to identify, pitch, close
and support clients onto new products.
As our client-facing product manager on the team, you will be
critical to bringing in new clients for launches of new products.
You will also be responsible for making sure they are successful
and engaged with our customers. Working with other client-facing
teams within Roku to present a single coordinated story to external
partners is key.
You should have a passion for marketing and advertising of media
content. You will be closely aligned with other sales, client
services, and product team members. A core function of this role is
to be a strategic and trusted partner to advertisers and content
creators, identifying challenges, prescribing solutions, and
consulting on implementation. Your primary objective is to drive
engagement with our new products, ensure critical mass of content
on launch, and have ongoing relationships with new clients. You're
comfortable dealing with nuance and complexity, while always being
clear and articulate when communicating with clients.
You'll use your breadth of experience working with social media
marketing, product development, account management, and sales. This
business segment is comprised of brands that are laser-focused on
customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value; as such, the

What you'll be doing
- Working closely with business, engineering and user experience
teams to define & refine new experiences.
- Author PRDs, feature guides and release plans to enable the
team to develop products that meet business and user needs
- Drive feature prioritization, process improvements, and product
development with one eye on key business KPIs and the other on the
quality of the product
- Have an understanding of internal and external systems needed
to deliver new experiences in conjunction with our 3rd party
- Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for partners who
are interested or actively working with our new products.
- Be comfortable presenting insights, data & campaign metrics
during client meetings and/or QBRs
- Support pitch process, meetings and client office hours
- Support Account Executives on client guidelines, best
practices, terms & partnership agreements
- Work alongside client design teams to collaborate on the
creation of client facing materials: from presentations to RFP
decks that can be delivered as complete solutions achieving all
client needs; to partnering with marketing and research teams to
pull information to ensure collateral tells the appropriate story
- Identify opportunities for content creators, from large
conglomerates to small independent firms
We're Excited If You Have
- 5+ years of experience preferably in product management, media
programming, social media marketing or other relevant
- A strong business sense and ability to clearly articulate
nuanced product requirements
- Knowledge of social media-based advertising models and brand
- Experience working closely with engineering teams as the
product owner in an agile environment.
- Experience working with social media content marketing tools is
- Reporting intelligence with tools such as Salesforce, Excel,

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or UX-related
