This role is a critical hire for Roku and Roku Pay, and an
incredible opportunity for the right candidate, looking to advance
their career with a market leader in a rapidly growing
* Build and drive demand for Roku Pay's subscription streaming
payments capabilities through features that drive delight across
Roku's consumer experiences * Lead Agile teams utilizing Scrum
development techniques. * Resolve customer impacting issues with
technology, partner and customer service teams. * Source feature
needs and requirements from consumer research, user experience
qualitative study, analytics, and organizational stakeholders. *
Develop metrics for assessing performance and trends in and around
the consumer payments experience. * Manage competing priorities
with oversight and vision of various projects and initiatives to
achieve organizational goals and deliver results.
What you'll be doing
The world is cutting the cord and streaming its TV online, a
shift that dramatically changed how content providers target,
reach, and sell to consumers.
In this new world, Roku has re-written the rules of modern
subscriptions. Roku's payments platform, Roku Pay, drives
subscriptions and payments for content with a payment and
entitlement system, purpose built for streaming.
And we are seeking a candidate to identify, develop, and launch
feature enhancements necessary to further strengthen our consumer's
experience and capabilities.
In developing new features, you'll need align the organization
across multiple software development teams. You'll need to lead
work with consumer research and end-user experience development,
for devices (TVs and players), as well as for our website and

* BS or Equivalent. * 8+ years of subscription billing,
payments, and related experience, preferably in a streaming
environment. * Strong operational knowledge with JIRA, Confluence,
and other business tools. * Expert Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred. * Strong working knowledge
of subscription billing models, catalog and offers management
systems, marketplace operating models, payments, and consumer
purchase funnels, into streaming. * Hands on experience designing
product process flows, gathering and documenting business
requirements and crafting user stories. * Strong communication,
people management and leadership skills. * Proven organizational,
planning and project management skills.
