What you'll Do

  • Mentor and lead first and second line managers who oversee the team of Marketing Automation Value Success Managers (VSMs) for Growth Segment in a volume and velocity business;
  • Grow and develop a passionate, engaged team with an employee-centric and customer-centric culture;
  • Innovatively solve problems on a day-to-day basis;
  • Be the voice of the customer internally to ensure our customers' success is always at the forefront of all we do;
  • Lead customer escalations; mentor and empower team members to grow their customer skills;
  • Be opinionated and provide input to ensure processes, tools, and team responsibilities are optimized to build a volume and velocity business;
  • Identify scalable programs and initiatives to ensure that customers are getting value from the solutions they purchased;
  • Create a frictionless renewal methodology making it easy for customers to stay with Adobe;
  • Forecast the renewals and new ASV to quarterly targets;
  • Establish a team that can sell the value of additional Marketing Automation capacity and solutions;
  • Partner across the internal eco-system, working closely with peers across customer success, marketing, support, solution consultants, partners and professional services to maximize the impact of the customer success team;
  • Build executive customer relationships with top accounts

What you need to succeed

  • Experience leading customer facing teams as a second line or third line leader
  • Experience leading a Customer Success Team
  • Solid track record forecasting RBOB renewal and new ASV
  • Proven success building positive team cultures
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and fluid environment
  • Teamwork, good communication, and internal partnership skills
  • Resilience and a good sense of humor go a long way!

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
