What we are looking for :
We are looking for a Technical Director, Product Management with
a product management background along with a working knowledge as a
security analyst or former member of an InfoSec SecOps team who
will lead the definition and development of Lacework's Cloud
In this role, you will define and execute the cloud compliance
and posture management roadmap, define requirements, collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to deliver
solutions, and evangelize the vision with customers, partners, and
at major industry forums and events. This is a hybrid role required
to have a hands-on approach to managing a team while owning
specific product initiatives.
- Lead the Product Management team to assess market opportunities
and define new products and services specific to Cloud Security
Compliance and Posture Management.
- Responsible for developing requirements, working with
engineering teams to deliver those capabilities to the market
- Partnering closely with the marketing and field teams to
provide technical enablement and training.
- Working closely with cloud providers, technology vendors, and
partners to develop integrations for security workflows,
automation, and data integrations.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a small team of product
managers while also acting as a direct owner of a specific product
- Ability to set clear goals, manage project loads and allocate
resources ensuring deadlines are met, and setting up team members
for overall success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record building
teams, delivering successful security solutions to the market, and
will have deep domain knowledge of security operations, compliance,
threat detection, SIEM, Incident detection and response, and cloud
security use cases.
Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
