IBM Associate Partner - Enterprise Strategy in San Jose , California Introduction As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your Role and Responsibilities The Enterprise Strategy service line of IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking to hire an Enterprise Strategy Associate Partner. The Enterprise Strategy Service line plays a key role in advising clients on their business strategy and leads digital transformation efforts. The Associate Partner is a leadership role with significant go-to-Market as well as delivery responsibilities. The Associate Partner assists in the development of go-to-market strategies and offerings, identifies opportunities, leads selling efforts and delivery of complex transformation engagements. Specifically, this role will support IBM's Digital GBS offerings that include, but are not limited to, digital reinvention, customer experience and design, smart operations, cognitive manufacturing, connected devices and services and data strategy. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 5 years in operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements on one of the following processes: product engineering, supply chain, customer processes, post-sales support and service Minimum 5 years in operating model design, business performance measurement and corporate & business function improvement programs Minimum 3 years of with leading digital initiatives in consumer or automotive such as Agile Product Development, Systems Thinking, Smarter Manufacturing, Next Generation Supply Chain, Industrial 4.0 Frameworks, Quality Management and Plant/Shop Floor Optimization Minimum 2 years of signing individual annual sales of $4-6 million Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise At least 3 years experience working directly with c-level executives to deliver transformational initiatives with significant corporate-level visibility and performance impact At least 5 years experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders At least 10 years experience in selling and delivery of complex consulting projects for a Tier 1 consultancy or digital agency in the Strategy, Digital or Analytics practices About Business Unit IBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
