• Must have experience with the following software - Additional IWMS software names other than Archibus are IBM Tririga, Oracle Primavera, Trimble Manhattan, etc
• IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) is a more comprehensive system whereas CMMS is part of IWMS. CMMS (Computerized Monitoring Management System) is mainly focused on the Maintenance ticket generation and management, but if someone has extensive experience and be able to learn quickly, someone with CMMS experience might work as well. IWMS has multiple applications other than the maintenance side of ticket management, e. Real Estate, EHS, Asset management, Fleet, Event management, etc. Responsibilities of IWMS Administrator - Samsung
  • Daily administration of the system to monitor, reconcile, and assign work request tickets and provide guidance to SSI teams to improve efficiency and optimize the operation processes
  • Support teams to utilize the system functionalities and assist in troubleshooting errors and issues reported by SSI employees
  • Assist with planning and improving strategies of GA operations by presenting metrics, reports, and knowledge of system features
  • Guide teams through different modules being implemented and provide training and create training materials for internal use
  • Assist the affairs related to the efficient operation of facilities and resource management by collaborating with affiliates and partners
  • Develop and build professional relationships through conducting meetings with business partners to maximize the utilization of Archibus for SSI
  • Deliver efficient communication and announcements to SSI employees
  • Provide support to maintenance operations by generating and maintaining scheduled PMs, forms, reports, and logs
  • Manage moves with technicians and assists in space planning Requirements of IWMS Administrator - Samsung
    • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
    • System Administrator experience using Archibus or various IWMS software
    • Solid knowledge of system operation and data management
    • Familiarity with facilities, building management/maintenance, and office services functions, with direct experience in a facilities department preferred
    • Conceptual knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
    • A solid understanding of space management processes and techniques
    • Industry-related experience or technology implementation experience Preferred Qualifications
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Work well under pressure and within time constraints in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task with attention to details
    • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Capable of working with ambiguity and change - provided by Dice
