Key Responsibilities: The Brand Ambassador will work to promote the assigned brands to obtain maximum sales as directed by our company and the brand vendor. Will maintain high levels of productivity by servicing customers to standards set by us and the brand vendor. Will work directly with customer, educate the customer on the assigned brand and demonstrate the product to the customer to peak interest in purchasing. Will receive and quality check stock to ensure product meets our standards and vendor standards. Will perform visual merchandising to ensure product is always displayed properly. Provide excellence in customer service consistent with our standards to ensure the securing of sales by demonstrating and educating the customer on the products to ensure their interest in purchase. Will adhere to our policies and procedures while creating and maintaining great working relationships with co-workers and managers. Will be responsible for pushing the brand to sales. Key Requirements: Ability to speak English and Mandarin Chinese. Ability to work in a team and fast paced. Ability to remain calm in high pressure work environments. Attention to detail and an ability to follow-up. Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Will need to be OK with working flexible hours including holidays, weekends and nights.
