Backed by top-tier investors, Sun Basket is based in San Francisco, CA and delivers millions of meals nationwide each month.As a Help Desk Associate at Sun Basket, you will solve both hardware and software issues for companywide end users, and work with existing help desk team to increase the efficiency of IT use where possible.What you'll be doing:* Administer, log, troubleshoot, and solve issues with Sun Basket's equipment, both Hardware (PC, VoIP) and Software (Slack, Desk, Salesforce, Navision).* Build and maintain Standard Operation Procedures for all customer service system and hardware needs.* Make updates to best practice content used by company-wide end users* Performs installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, tape drives, CD-ROM drives, and other peripheral devices.* Duties include answering the help desk phone, recording the call, first level corrective action, problem escalation to second level when necessary.* Assisting IT with employee rollout for new agents, leads, and managers.Who you are, and why you're right for us:* 1-3 years working as a Help Desk Associate in an office or call center environment, preferably with some exposure to T2 support.* Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field desirable but not required.* Experience with as many of the following preferred: Desk, Salesforce, VoIP providers.This position will require to work weekends.Schedule: Thursday - MondayWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
