Imagine who you can become at Samsung.Responsibilities will include:* Research on advanced logic and memory devices (by doing TCAD simulation, compact modeling and circuit performance benchmark)* Explore machine learning algorithms for applications in semiconductor technology development* Create automation and optimization tools for TCAD/compact modeling using a scripting language* Work as part of a global team focused on quality, reliability and performanceThe qualified candidate will possess the following:* Strong programming skills (e.g., using Python or C++) are required* Experience on machine-learning based algorithms is highly preferred* Experience on compact modeling of semiconductor devices is preferred* Experience on TCAD simulation of semiconductor devices is preferred* Experience on circuit performance benchmark and/or yield analysis is welcome* Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, as part of a local and globally distributed team* Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation* MS or Ph.D. degree in EE or related fields#LI-SF1**************************************************************************************Samsung Semiconductor Inc (SSI), an equal opportunity employer, is a world leader in Memory, System LSI, and LCD technologies.
