Eargo is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who has a
proven track record of delivering results in a high growth
environment and a passion for building automated solutions for
complex business transactions. In this role, you will set the
strategic vision for the Order to Cash function at Eargo,
partnering closely with senior leadership in our Finance, Supply
Chain, Sales and Software teams. You’ll build the process, team,
and infrastructure to ensure integration of operations across
Logistics, Claims, and Revenue.
The Responsibilities Oversee and build the revenue operations
strategy and framework, to ensure accurate and automated
transactions that facilitate the timely reconciliation of order to
Collaborate with key business partners to develop scalable
reconciliation system(s) and process that will provide complete,
timely, and accurate reporting of all revenue and related
Develop key policies and procedures around existing and future
processes that will allow for transparency, efficiency, and
scalability with a focus on controls.
Identify, scope and drive critical projects to enhance the
order-to-cash process, responsible for all activity from receipt of
order in SFDC to receipt of payment and process refunds from
Partner with key business leaders to develop various processes
and controls around data management, systems, and reporting
requirements to ensure SOX 404 compliance.
Lead, grow, and develop existing team to support business
requirements as well as the overall growth of the company.
Partner with Software/BI teams to build infrastructure and
automate processes, ensuring detailed end to end data flow between
interconnected systems (SFDC & NetSuite).
Lead projects in multiple domains and provide project,
operational and business support to management.
Contribute to ad hoc projects (M&A, new accounting
pronouncements, etc.) and grow with the business.
The Qualifications B.A. or B.S. Degree in
Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Engineering, or a
MBA or related degree a plus.
7-10+ years of progressive business process improvement,
accounting, finance, and/or process redesign and automation
Strong understanding and knowledge of operational accounting and
finance functions, business process, and systems.
Maintains the highest performance standards for him/herself and
their team; passion for automation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and oral
Highly collaborative individual that excels at developing
working relationships, building consensus and fostering trust and
collaboration at all levels.
Knowledge of healthcare and Insurance billing/refund process a
