Job Description Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A drivers to join a regional operation. Recent Class A CDL graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced drivers are also welcome. Successful candidates will begin training with a trainer on OTR runs in 53' dry van trailers and will transition to regional solo runs west of the Mississippi after completion of training. Compensation and benefits Typical weekly pay range: $1,000–$1,100 (varies by miles and tenure) Post-training pay: $0.43–$0.57 per mile on a sliding scale Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile depending on years of experience Training pay: $650/week for 4–6 weeks if under six months’ experience Safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly Full benefits effective after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Job details Regional lanes: all states west of the Mississippi River 100% no-touch dry van freight Operations include drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unloads Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset One-day orientation in Lathrop, CA Shift flexibility: day or night driving may be required Average miles per week: 1,800–2,000 Minimum requirements Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (120 hours) — CDL graduates welcome Clean driving history: no major accidents, disqualifying violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years No DUI convictions in the last 5 years No termination from most recent employment (applicants will be asked about recent employment separations) Employment history consistent with safety-sensitive work: at least six months employed in the past year and at least one year employed in the past three years; gaps due to schooling or training are acceptable All criminal convictions will be reviewed for relevance to safety-sensitive duties Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screening Training and support Structured OTR trainer program for new drivers Competitive pay progression after training Benefits begin after 30 days to support driver well-being
