Job Description:

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced (4-6yrs) Commercial Attorney for a 4-6 month, 25-35 hr/wk, opportunity with our corporate client based out of New York City.
This role will be responsible for several large enterprise agreements, including an incentive arrangement and multiple MSAs, and potentially other issuer agreements and products or platform initiatives. This candidate must have a strong background in transactions including strong drafting and negotiating skills, and knowledge of payments and/or banking industries. This candidate must have experience managing complex issues and deal structures, as well as the ability to manage high volume issues, in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for a Bank's use of service providers is a plus. A Juris Doctorate, and an active bar in good standing is required.
Remote will be considered for this role, and is 25-35 hrs/wk for 4-6 months, starting ASAP
