We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test who thrives in fast-moving, high-intensity environments and enjoys turning ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional QA—fine tuning test infrastructure, tooling, and processes that directly accelerate engineering velocity and product quality. What You’ll Do Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems Create internal tools that improve developer productivity and shorten iteration cycles Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines Drive best practices in testing, observability, and release confidence across the engineering org What We’re Looking For 3-5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure, or developer tooling Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python Experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Buildkite , or similar tools Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems A systems mindset—you think in terms of reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability Actively uses AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, code generation, debugging aids) to accelerate productivity and raise quality Why Snorkel AI Work at the forefront of AI development and evaluation Collaborate with top AI labs and innovative enterprise teams Build systems that directly impact how cutting-edge AI is developed and deployed Salary Range $145,000 - $215,000 USD Be Your Best at Snorkel Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth.
