This role is mainly focusing on the program management, leading and managing our solution delivery projects while owning and implementing strategies to standardize methodologies throughout the entire company. Responsibilities: · Learn and understand deeply about the core product features via training and working on customer projects · Manage all executional aspects of assigned projects including timeline, deliverables, resources and day-to-day project-related activities; Ensure project success and timeline while adhering to project budget Work closely with development and design teams to facilitate the product development, ensure the prompt execution according to the product roadmap and manage the produce release timelines and resource planning process Be a strong customer advocate and nurture a healthy working relationship with customers and partners, deliver QBR and own other customer success related aspects · Resolve impediments and blockers while proactively managing workflow through effective sprint planning · Maintain working knowledge of Project Management software/tools while adhering to Project Management best practices Requirements: ? 5 years of relevant project management leadership experience ? Experience working and leading teams in SCRUM & Agile methodologies ? Strong communication skills, especially when working with cross functional teams ? Demonstrated ability to lead and manage team or executional resources autonomously ? Passion for driving and implementing process improvement ? Solutions-oriented approach to solving complex problems and challenges while maintaining optimism and practicality ? Knowledge of AI platforms and tools (IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft Azure Bot Services etc.) is a big plus ?
