Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
practical experience. 5 years of experience with software
development in one or more programming languages. 2 years of
experience working with core Gen AI technologies (LLM, RAG, Agents)
or model training/post-training. 1 year of experience with GenAI
techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with
GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer
Science or related technical field. 5 years of experience with data
structures and algorithms. 3 years of experience working in a
complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or
cross-business projects. 1 year of experience in technical design,
code contributions, and technical leadership. Experience in
production grade LLM-based applications. About the job Google's

yours. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Lead technical developments of prototyping,
evaluating and improving LLM agentic features to achieve
challenging and important tasks for enterprises GenAI
customers(e.g., multimodal artifact generation (slides, docs,
videos), reasoning with and manipulating spreadsheets, working in a
project setting with shared team files and context, etc). Engage
with Google Cloud customers to figure out the best way to apply our
product to solve their problems and address their needs. Work with
the infrastructure team and front-end team to turn the prototypes
into product features used by Google Cloud customers. Collaborate
with other engineers from Cloud and Research to deliver
State-of-the-Art in Gen AI development to Cloud customers.
