Veeva Curriculum Developer creates innovative learning content for
Veeva customers, partners, and employees to build industry-relevant
Veeva software skills. You will develop course assets to enhance
our flagship Veeva Submissions Publishing eLearning program, which
educates users on publishing compliant submissions using Veeva
RIM.A successful candidate has a strong background in curriculum
development for Global eCTD Submission Publishing and instructional
design. You must be comfortable working independently and with SMEs
and stakeholders, with a passion for gaining deep expertise. We

You'll do
- Conduct instructional research and task analysis on the learner
and role context.
- Use modern authoring tools to build, deploy, and update courses
in various interactive formats.
- Develop training content aligned with industry standards and
regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines and eCTD
standards.
- Translate complex technical subjects into clear instructions
for diverse users.
- Manage the entire curriculum development process from analysis
to evaluation.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate and refine
learning objectives and content.
- Develop expertise in Veeva RIM and Vault Platform technologies,
earning certifications as appropriate.
- Drive projects with accuracy, transparency, and adherence to
deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new
technologies into training methods.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of curriculum development experience, including
writing technical content for software products.
- Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia,
WellSaid, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and visual design skills.
- 5+ years of Publishing experience with multiple software tools
(Insight Publisher, Lorenz, eCTD Xpress, etc).
- Solid understanding of Submission publishing requirements and
standards.
- Ability to review specifications, troubleshoot issues, and
validate results confidently.
- Proven track record of delivering quality projects on
time.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to build
relationships across teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing
priorities.Nice to Have
- Experience with Veeva products or similar platforms.
- Shareable portfolio of course materials.
- 10+ years of Submission publishing experience.

- Base pay: $75,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and
location.
- Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock
