Job Description:

Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
--- At least 7 years of as a Project/Program Manager
--- Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
--- Define project plan with Reliability Engineering and Facilities
--- Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication
--- Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
--- Creative and proactive problem solver
--- Strong with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools

PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer
--- Knowledge in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), Creative and proactive problem solver
--- Program management, Jira, Engineering, sdlc

*Global Trade Services (GTS) Program - compliance program dealing with customer data sets and identifying those at risk

Technical program - heavy in development & testing - we need someone who has worked heavily with engineering/dev (SDLC)
