Main responsibilities - Perform preventative maintenance on Company products. - Inspect and evaluate customer usage of Company products. - Provide training to customers in usage and maintenance of Company products. - Provide application support on Company products to customers. - Liaison between customer and Applications Programmer for customer requests involving a change in applications. - Establish and manage a local maintenance service structure. - Research market needs and customer applications of Company products. - Submit application report to management in a timely manner. - Support sales activities, whilst establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers. Qualification - Valid working visa holder in U.S. - Above bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or semiconductor Engineering is a must. - Fluency in English is a must. - Able to take 2 - 3 months of training in Japan or the U.S. - Experienced in maintenance with related inspection systems such as edge systems, Optics, etc. - Experienced in maintenance Mask inspection systems would be preferable. - Above Bachelor's degree is a must. - Driver's License (Car allowance will be provided).
