The incumbent will provide support to the Test Engineering Group to continously improve our test measurement capabilities and capacity. Key Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and integrate software solutions to support RF characterization from DC to mmW frequencies
• Contribute to define the test engineering roadmap in regard to test solutions development
• Expand our existing test automation framework and test coverage
• Implement and contribute to SQA
• Ability to support test station setup, troubleshooting, maintenance
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test development projects
• Implement methodology to support testing earlier into the software development process
• Create test software documentations, procedures, and reports
• Support design validation testing of various RF functions Technical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing required
  • Proficient with API development for test automation
  • Proficient in automated test including design, development, and maintenance
  • Highly knowledgeable with Python, C++, C# programming languages
  • Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, GPIB, IEEE 488.2, I2C, serial communications
  • In depth knowledge of object-oriented programming
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision Desired experiences:
    • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and presentation skills
    • Team player contribution
    • Position requires limited travel Required Education & Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree (or greater) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $154,300- $200,700, relevant for the California Bay Area (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
