Today, Cadence Poland is looking for motivated engineers to join our Polish team to develop products that enable Cadence customers to design cutting edge electronics products.
We are looking for an exceptional software developers to join the Protium Software Development Team. You will work with a small team of super star engineers to develop our next generation FPGA based verification platform for digital designs.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Implement new algorithm and enhancements in C/C++ based code to implement the software stack for the platform.
  
  
• 
  Develop the EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tool flows for the platform with other engineers and collaborate closely with worldwide teams in US and Asia
  
  
• 
  Write Design Specifications and Unit Tests for your code
  
  
• 
  Focus on quality and optimizing code for performance
  
  
  Position Requirements/Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    You have a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
    
    
  • 
    You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms specially graph oriented algorithms.
    
    
  • 
    Some exposure to multi-threaded/ concurrent programming are pluses.
    
    
    The role requires strong software skills in C/C++ / Python in LINUX / UNIX environments to be a good match:

    • 
      Practical prior experience of designing, developing C/C++ production software, algorithms.
      
      
    • 
      Exposure to scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl is a plus
      
      
    • 
      It will be a plus if you are familiar with VLSI design using Verilog/SystemVerilog and EDA tools
