Director of Software MonetizationDirector of Software Monetization will be responsible for driving all key activities related to Software Monetization within Cisco Networking (CN) Group - from the overall coordination of software monetization efforts across business units to driving specific programs such as the Service Provider Network Agreement (SPNA). This role will work directly with the Product Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to drive SW monetization of CN products. This candidate should be motivated, agile, with strong people management, time management, project management, technical, and analytical skills and have a proven record of working on complex and cross-functional business intelligence & strategy projects to their completion.ResponsibilitiesLead the SW Monetization team, hire and grow the talentBuild, develop and maintain highly collaborative and working relationships with multiple teams across the business to identify growth opportunities for the businessActively partner in managing projects involving others and continue to develop a solid foundation for SW monetization strategy and operationsBuild the strategy and implementation plan for SW monetization efforts across the CN organizationDevelop and accelerate the SPNA programCore CompetenciesBusiness acumen - understand the data models from a business perspective to recommend improved, strategic, and sustainable data capabilitiesCommunication - clear communication skills both written and verbal, with both technical and non-technical teams, superb data visualization skillsAnalytical problem solving - analyze available information, use relevant data to identify trends, and offer practical and effective solutions to simple and complex problemsTechnical strength - demonstrate technical depth, problem-solving, adaptability, and curiosityCross-functional collaboration - ability to manage and drive cross-functional teams, seek support for collaborative activities from managers and peers, possess strong organizational skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related fieldAdvanced degree (MBA, MS) in business, engineering management, or related field preferred6-10 years minimum work experience in Business Intelligence, Business Strategy, Product Management, or ConsultingTop-tier Management Consulting experience preferredSuperb knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and MS OfficeWhy Cisco?#WeAreCisco.
