Job Description:

Lead the design and development of macOS and iOS applications; define the release deliverables and ensure the product quality; design, develop and test business logic and UI code for multi-way collaboration features and functionality at both system and user experience levels; guide the team to build optimizations to retain the highest possible audio/video quality under the full range of wi-fi/network conditions encountered by the customer base and to ensure minimal performance footprint (CPU, GPU, battery drain, memory, bandwidth) of the applications for best user experience; provide technical mentorship and assistance to engineers with technical issues, service deployment issues and inquiries; assist the team in escalations, incidents and provide detailed root cause to customers; work with other departments to assess the growth needs and spec out and implement intuitive and elegant user experience flows for operations; instrument, capture, and analyze data in internal and external monitoring tools to debug customer issues in real time and provide support; participate in the project initiatives related to mac and iOS applications and provide technical solution and brain storming of the best possible solution; deploy and roll out updates to the applications via the appropriate ecosystems; monitor ecosystems for new releases and ensure continued compatibility of the applications. What we're looking for...Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or a related field followed by 7 years of progressive experience in macOS and iOS applications development using Swift, Objective-C, C++, and Xcode. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree followed by 7 years of progressive experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 5 years of experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 2 years using Charles, Zeplin, and Jira or JellyFish.
