Skill: We are looking for an experienced, self-starting, aggressive technical recruiter for our new Bay Area location.Qualified candidates should have the ability to identify quality job orders and identify quality candidates.Requirements:-Should have good communication skills and should be a team player-Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools-Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.-Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.* We offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, holiday and vacation pay.
