technology.Role and responsibilitiesAs a Software Architect, you
will the go to leader in the design and software development for
the best-in-class wafer inspection tools.If you are a collaborative
team player who enjoys technology challenges, join our team! You
will partner with other team members to build robust software in
support of ASML's world-leading e-Beam product line.Design and
develop computer software systems, software system GUI, in
conjunction with hardware product development.Analyzes software
requirements and collaborates with other engineering teams to
determine feasible solutions within time constraints.Utilize OOD
and design patterns to formulate modular software systems per
specs.Design and perform module unit test, simulation and system
integration tests.Write requirements, design document and test
plan.Carry out performance analysis, troubleshooting and technical
support.Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Applied Mathematics or related fields.Higher degree
desired.Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.Expert in OOD,
design patterns and Windows softwaredevelopment using C#.Ability to
understand and analyze C++ code.In depth experience in .Net
Remoting / WCF, WPF, multi-threadedprogramming and communication
protocols.Semiconductor equipment control experience is nice
tohaveExperience in large scale software design
andarchitecture.Proficient in design break down of large scale
softwaresystem to smaller building blocks and development
tasks.Ability to define software roadmap and new
technologyinsertion.Deep experience with Git, Agile methodology
andsoftware development life cycleFamiliarity with commonly used
libraries/interfaces,such as Prism, Autofac, gRPCSkillsWorking at

The Californiabase annual salary/hourly range for this role is
currently$154,125 -$256,875. Payscales are determined by role,
level, location and alignment with marketdata. Individual pay is
determined through interviews and an assessment ofseveral factors
that that are unique to each candidate, including but notlimited
to, job-related skills, relevant education and
experience,certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay
